Ever opened ChatGPT to “quickly” solve a problem—only to end up deep in a rabbit hole with 18 open tabs, a new Chrome extension, three AI tools you've never heard of… and still no progress?
Yeah. Been there. Drank the pixelated Kool-Aid.
In a world where AI promises to simplify your life, the irony is: it’s really easy to overcomplicate everything.
Between the jargon, the hype, and the endless parade of tools, it’s no wonder people freeze. The pressure to “keep up” makes it feel like you need a master’s degree in prompt engineering just to write a decent email or plan a launch.
But here’s the thing:
You don’t need to learn everything. You just need to get clear on what you want.
Clarity cuts through the noise. And simplicity? That’s your secret weapon.
When you keep it simple:
You start faster because there’s less friction.
You stay focused because you know the goal.
You get better results because AI thrives on clear input.
In my Open Office Hours, I see this all the time—people think they need perfect prompts, advanced tools, or a 17-step workflow. What they really need is a better question and a smaller first step.
That’s why everything I teach follows a simple rule: One Tool. One Task. One Clear Prompt.
If you’ve felt stuck staring at a blinking cursor, try this instead. The R.E.A.L. Prompt Framework helps you shape your ask so AI can give you a useful answer.
Here’s the formula:
Role – Who should the AI act like?
Expectation – What kind of result do you want?
Action – What’s the specific task?
Limitations – What are your boundaries (length, tone, format)?
Try this one:
“As a solopreneur (Role), create a 3-email welcome series (Expectation) for a course on productivity (Action), each under 150 words (Limitations).”
Simple. Clear. Powerful.
Want to make AI actually work for you? Here’s your 3-step plan:
Pick one AI tool (ChatGPT is fine).
Give it one clear task (not 12).
Use one simple prompt with the R.E.A.L. structure.
That’s it. Then refine. Tweak. Repeat. You don’t need to be an expert—you just need to start.
If AI has you spinning in circles, I’ve got you. My 12-hour coaching package is designed to help you apply AI to your real-world goals—with clarity, not chaos. No jargon. No overwhelm. Just results.

“Clarity doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from needing less.”
